PeopleTalk

Usually only available to our clients, PeopleTalk is our quarterly newsletter.

For the first time in a very long time, and mainly as a result of Covid, we are making PeopleTalk, available to anyone who wants good quality, business focused, practical HR advice.

This quarter we look at the 5 C's approach to managing Covid in your workplace, we look at 'the new normal' and we explore how not to deal with a sexual harassment claim in your workplace using our experiences of working with one client.

Each edition we also have a guest writer and this quarter I am delighted that Naomi Dickson shares her insights on supporting employees who are experiencing domestic violence.

What our clients say about us:

Al Tepper

Founder, Tepfu.com

"One of the hardest elements of running a business is managing the people. One wants to be fair and generous but not be taken advantage of. One wants to comply with relevant legislation whilst remaining a fabulous employer providing opportunity for growth and benefit to one's team. Keeping on top of all of this requires a certain skill-set and expertise across Recruitment, Human Resources, Psychology and so much more. I could not ever hope to master all of this and so I turn to Donna & the DOHR team. Utter professionals in every way. Totally knowledgeable and on the ball. I could not run the people side of my business without DOHR. I thoroughly recommend them for all your people matters."

Neil Mandel

CEO, Epic Activation

"Growing my business (like all businesses) has many challenges. Managing my staff is one of them. While their welfare and working environment are key to the success of my business, it can often be overlooked on a day to day and week to week basis. This is where Donna and DOHR step in. From contracts protecting both parties to managing staff issues, having Donna on the end of the phone is comforting, knowing that everything is being done by the book to the best of our ability as a company. I would highly recommend her and her team to any small, medium or large business."
